It's an Annual Event on Galveston Island I attend yearly, this year it was special for a local Bolivar resident and business owner from Bolivar Peninsula. This year I watched as our Friend and The Big Store Owner Keith Zahar took the helm as Chairman Of The Board, of the Galveston Regional Chamber Of Commerce, and celebrated his 70th Birthday with family and friends.
